Everything is normal as it was when it was first working fine -- HDMI Out on the set top box to HDMI 1 on my TV. I tried testing my working streaming boxes to HDMI 1 and they both function normally so there must be an issue with the set top box.

We're having difficulty seeing our cable output from the X1 box -- we have a 4 HDMI older Vizio TV, and it is working perfectly with our Roku and Amazon devices but we get nothing output from the X1 box. And yes, I have tried switching the X1 box to the working HDMI ports (there are of them). Can anyone assist with this? Do we need a new DVR box?
