I've tried several times to manage my plan online and it asks me to call customer service. For what I pay, I should be able to manage my channels online. I've attempted to reach out through the live chat with promises that somebody can assist me and then I'm told to please call the number after a ten minute chat. If I wanted to call and I have the option of calling at that particular time, I would've picked up the phone initially. I upgraded online, I don't understand why I can't manage the channels. Is this manage plan feature going to be available in the near future? I like to see my options in front of me instead of over the phone.
