I did not receive any emails between ~8:50 AM and 1:00 PM CDT today. I did not try to send any emails during that time, so I don't know if outgoing mail was affected. I missed an online meeting because the link was included in the missed email. I was able to send and receive after 1:00 PM. The missing emails were not present on Microsoft Office 365 nor on the Comcast Mail service. Where are they? How do I find them? Thanks ... View more

I have been unable to access Amazon Prime on Comcast for at least a week. Before that, I could access, but it would slow down (spinning circle) intermittently and I would have to restart. (This latter issue has also been happening on Showtime when we use Chromecast). Now when I try to access Amazon Prime it will start (still with spinning circle present) then suddenly cut back to the TiVo starting page (we use TiVo). We have no idea what is happening. ...
