Same thing with me! A month with no services. They keep yanking my chain and actually lying to me on several occasions. Most recently, I had a tech come out yesterday who was supposed to jumpstart the process to fix a line in my area. Today I talk with a rep, and her notes say that I wasn't home for the appointment, therefore they didn't do anything yet.
