I am having same issue, and have already spent HOURS attempting to activate a modem/router identified as being compatible with service plan, buying it, trying all sorts of troubleshooting suggestions, and while on phone finally with help tech, the call was dropped and no return call attempted or text message received. I am so fustrated!!!!!!! And the first avail service call appointment isn't until Oct 14, a week from now. Can't wait that long.
