I called twice while were were having issues with our internet. I knew my package was due to expire in September. Our outside line had been chewed up by woodpeckers on the pole-yet the serviceman told me I needed a new modem/router. I purchased one at BEst Buy and it was installed-but I actually never needed it-it was the outside line-so $150 spent that did not need to be. He had already had it switched over and set up so removing it myself and calling Comcast to reset my new one was at that point not worth it. Back to my package. So it expired-got my new bill a few days ago. Price of course went up. I have been a customer for 25 years and all bills paid on time. As others have posted, can I get help with this increase and longer than a 2 year contract where I don't have to go through this so often, it is just so much hassle. It's cheaper to move from service to service than stay with the same company, which seems terrible-keep your customers.
