My credit card company notified me of a $334.96 charge from XfinityMobile. After calling customer service, I was told that an S7 I returned was listed as having water damage. My credit card was charged without any communication with me or any input from me. I find this practice unacceptable; especially since I returned the S7 in perfect condition with all of the accessories.
The Tier 1 rep generated a Tier 2 Ticket; but my experience with the customer service organization is that they are unresponsive. Has anyone else had this problem? What recourse is there? Is there a conflict resoultion manager or process?
