Hello all, and thanks for posting to share your feedback regarding the 4K quality during the Thursday NIght football games. looks like the channels are all of a sudden "working." second reboot might have fixed the issue... hopefully this doesn't turn into an RDK-0300. (intermittent)

I am getting a "not included in your package" error when I have the channels in my package. This happens when I try to authenticate via the third app. This happened before, and was resolved by doing a UDB Account refresh. Is there anyone here that can do a UDB Account refresh? Can a moderator reach out to me via PM to do a UDB account refresh. Thank you very much!

The tech came.. and said he needed to add a MOCA Filter. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

In fact when I realized what had happened, I called Comcast "support" to ask where the missing HD channels were. The representative was audibly shocked when she realized how few Premium channels were in HD. It appears that even the "support" people aren't informed about this.

Channel 550 aka HBO East is not HD however HD West is. If it helps, I live in the Seattle area. The reason this bothers me so much, is that majority of the programming/boxing fights happen on HD East before HD West. The event/show replays on HD West however, I want to watch the boxing/program live in HD. I don't want to wait 3 hours and watch the replay on HD West. Anyone in seattle notice this issue or is bothered by this issue? I know a rival provider who has all the HBO channels in HD...

Hello Waqas1. The content you see available to view when away from home will fall into a different category of availability for HBO based on HBO's decision on what can be viewed using a mobile login. The programming that you see when you are viewing at home using the cable box will be different. HBO is solely responsible for choosing what they make available to watch "away from home".
