My bill has gone up starting this month from $65.96 to $87.32. I'm a senior. Other entities offer senior discounts, but not Comcast. I've been unable to talk to someone about retaining the original price. There have been multiple issues with service in my area. One recent time where I had to reset everything, but suspect it was a Comcast issue. And another time when there was a Comcast issue but the tech had me disconnect everything and much more and it was not an issue with my inside equipment or wiring.
Each time I spend morre than an hour figuring things out. RCN is coming to my area there is now ATT Fiber.
I had Internet Plus 50mgbs download (now upgraded to 100), network HDTV, HBO/Starz.
