Approximetly 7-8 months ago I returned a comcast modem that I rented. Recently, I was reviewing the amount of money I spend on the internet and figured out that I'm still being charged for the returned equipment.
I spent an hour chatting with Comcast support person. They confirmed that they know that my modem was returned, they know the exact date when did happened... but they refuse to return me my money they mistakenly charged because I don't have the receipt that was given to me when I returned the equipment (why would I keep it at all?).
Did someone have the same problem? Should I bring that to FCC or small clain court?
