I ordered 1 phone back in August, Xfinity doubled my order and after many hours wasted on the phone to customer service they told me to refuse delivery on the second phone which I did. I am still fighting with them to remove the ghost phone from my account that is doubling my bill every month. They completely are ignoring this double billing and after many, many hours on the phone with them I believe they don't care and have no plans on fixing it at all. The disgusting customer service and incompetence of this company is unbelievable! They say they will call but never do, I don't have the time to keep calling them and I am just about done with Xfinity.
ComcastKenF keeps telling me he is working on it but the days and weeks keep rolling by!
