Joev9, If you are having problems with both cable TV service and internet service, that means there is a physical problem with your connection to the Comcast network. You won't fix this by calling Comcast or chatting in forums. You need to have Comcast send a tech out to investigate your signal problems. The problem could be within your house, the lines in your yard or something else blocks down the street from your house.
