Hi, this has been going on intermittently for the past year. I don't notice it until it gets really bad, but I'm on the gigabit plan with an MB8600 modem and have noticed today that I'm getting speed fluctuations and it didn't take long for a pingplotter test to show I am getting heavy packet loss. I've complained about this before and the execute relations team got the tech team to fix it. It was apparently an issue with the node that serves me. Now it seems the issue has become unfixed.
I've never seen it get this bad before... Roughly 12% total packet loss. That's insane. I hope this can get to the proper team to fix it. Thanks
