We are only one day into April, and there is a big discrepancy between the usage registered by my router and the usage registered by Xfinity.
My router shows 10GB of data and Xfinity shows 31GB with a caveat that the most recent usage may not be included in their number. I can't believe that I've consumed >=31GB of data in one day. Based on their number, I'll be using 930GB per month, but their email "An important update to your XFINITY Internet service" says that I average only 476GB per month. Furthermore, their email said that my data cap would allow almost 22 hours of HD video per day, which ties to their meter reading for the last 24 hours. Again, there is no way that I consumed that much data that much data in the last 24 hours.
Has anybody noticed this problem?

Who at Comcast can sort this out?
