<Edited> - I have proof that I made numerous calls and text messages demonstrating I had called. <Edited> I waited all day for the technician to arrive but never came. Called again, which is worse than having a root canal without meds, only to be strung along for another 33 minutes. He said the tech would come Saturday at 8am. Then no text came and I called again. That guy <Edited> transferred me to a same day scheduling vm and I had no certificate number so was cut off! Then I called again and was told a tech was NEVER scheduled ever! And, didn’t get tech out until Sunday. Each time the call center <Edited>, said I never called, that no appointments were scheduled, and even said my husband cancelled the service call. This was the most appalling disgraceful service ever. I have been a customer for over 20 years! I pay $225 a month <Edited>. Shame on you Comcast <Edited>!
