I've had this problem for a while, and I was hoping that when the app updated and became Xfinity Stream it would work, but it doesn't.
When I try to download a recording to the app, it goes along just fine until it gets to 82-87%, and then it resets to zero. it gives no error messages, but just resets.
I'm using the latest version of the ios app on my iPhone 7 plus. I'm running ios 10.3. I have 118 GB available on my phone, so space is not an issue. I have cloud recording activated, and I can stream my recordings just fine.
I've tried this with an hour long show as well as a half hour show, and neither will work. I've tried it with premium channels as well as free channels and neither will work.
I've tried connecting to my regular router as well as directly to the modem but neither will work.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
