I am experiencing exactly the same thing. Happens all day long. The only way to get around it, is, after a see the error message is to restart the phone. But it will happen again. Happens anywhere. 4G or on WiFi. It’s VERY frustrating and have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. No help. Hey Comcast, please get this fixed. Obviously, many people are experiencing the same thing. This wasn’t happening with earlier versions.
