The whole thing was really disapointing, a couple of days ago I had no TV service, then I don't have my favorite channel, VICELAND. You know I was extremely disapointed with the way the customer retention agent handled the situation, so terrible. He really didn't help at all was kind of rude. Could not be more disapointed the whole reason I have the package I do was for viceland. Then I'm expected to pay for a package that I'm not sure I want...Maybe I should consider another provider.
