This is absolute rubbish! I just spent 45 minutes with customer service and received conflicting information on the same call. The customer retention agent David so graciously offered the opportunity to pay an additional $10 to be moved to the preferred package. Why the heck would I pay additional money for a channel I could watch just a few days ago!??! How does that even make any sense?!?!? I'm sooo irritated I'm going to be looking for a new service provider. First time with Xfinity has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
