I signed up for billing sent to my email and this will be my second time they never sent me a email about my bill that’s due. I got a text reminder it’s due and it said it sent the new bill Feb 1st I checked my emails and never got it. First time I didn’t get a email I got charged a late fee and was told I had auto pay on and it couldn’t get any money out even though we never set up auto pay and told them this but still had to pay the late fee. They also never tell you when they will up the fee when your contact is expiring it just happens with no warning. Has anybody else experienced this?
