For 3 mths I’ve had to restart my box several times a week. Tech comes out & replaces the box and modem. 3 days later and I’ve had to restart 4x and modem once. I call customer service and they don’t understand English-besides how many times do I need to call?? I’m beyond disgusted paying $174 a month for limited channels for lousy cable service. Am I alone on this problem?
