As of today - 11/14/19 - I'm experiencing the same issue. No devices shown. I removed the app, shutdown and then restarted my iPad and then reinstalled the app. When I log out of the app and shut the app down and reopen, I'm told that I'm already logged in and that I need to subscribe to X1 service (I'm already a subscriber). I use the remote app daily - looking forward to a solution. Thanks.
