I'm sorry but all we are expecting is what comcast told us they would do. If they were unable to do this then they shouldn't have given a date. You as the owner of two companies should understand better than most you don't want to promise the customers something and not be able to come through with that promise. At the very least comcast should come out and give a reason for the delay. I would hope you as a business owner would understand this. Don't tell the customer something if you can't do it.
