Another Saturday morning and I cannot access On Demand through my cable box. Just getting a message to call customer service. Looking through the posts in the forum this seems to be a widespread issue and I cannot understand why this has not been fixed. The last thing I want to do this morning is talk to someone that, while trying to fix an issue, attempts to sell me more services that I don't want. My cable bill is outrages as it is. Unfortunately you are the only cable provider in our area.
