I have experienced the following:
1. Higher data usage than normal in the past month or two without a change in my own habits.
2. Data usage happening when I am not in the country (there is no one else that uses my connection.
Would like to ask the community what I can do to fix or what additional info might be needed to troubleshoot. I have changed wifi passwords, and selected a security option in my router to not allow new unrecognized devices to connect.

Well great, that's #3 of 5 bugs they've introduced "recently" that I listed in the DVR discussion.
