So put another way, it's not enough that Comcast is paid by its customers for HBO, they also feel entitled to a cut from Tivo to provide Tivo customers the service.<br><br>I wonder if the FCC will consider this a net neutrality violation. I realize that the negotiations are with Tivo, not HBO, but the impact is the same. It's worth reporting this to your state's public utilities commission (PUC) and the FCC. While we customers don't have leverage, they may be willing to tell Comcast to cut this BS or be fined.
