Comcast has essentially devalued their service with this cap. There is absolutely no benefit to their customers, yet they believe they can sell us on "fairness". They believe that hindering costumers’ use of their product, or overcharging them for it, will bode well for them in the future. They believe that their deception is effective, that ultimately people will not see beyond their faint smoke of poor analogies and illogical reasoning. To be this delusional and corrupt is not a beneficial nature; it is corrosive. Comcast is not only cheating their competitors, they are cheating their customers and cheating themselves. Instead of improving the value of their service, they want to leech off others. They wish to not only become obsolete, but detested.
I challenge any Comcast employee, from forum mod to CEO, to objectively justify this practice. Address the public on why this is "fair". Explain to us how this actually benefits anyone other than Comcast. You've failed every attempt so far.
Otherwise, this needs to end.
