I fail to see how Comcast can justify the removal of ANY channels when we've all paid an agreed amount for what we thought we would continue to get. In any case, why is it that they continue to give me half a dozen Hispanic stations, which I could care less about and never asked for, but they can remove Spike or any others at will. At least they should discount our bills accordingly when they remove them. We entered into an agreement with them when we joined Comcast and to repay us, they remove channels, charge us more, and find other ways to circumvent the trust we thought we had with them. It's only fair, in my estimation, that they either give us back Spike, CMT, & POP, and remove all the hispanic channels. I'll bet hispanics don't pay extra to get their stations, you think??!!! Let those stations be under some other package so that we aren't paying for them and lower our bill. It seems we continually pay more to get less, all the while, Comcast sees no need to make adjustments or even apologize for their greed. I'm totally fed up with this. Every chance they get, they continually find ways to make more money while screwing the very people they should be trying to keep as customers! I hate to say it but maybe the FCC needs to have more power to set stricter rules that EVERY supplier must follow, including rates, station changes, charges, etc. Get a clue, Comcast-----instead of driving customers away try being fair and honest. Be and innovator so that other cable and satellite companies look unappealing and bring more customers back to you. How foolish and dishonest this seems for a company that started with a good reputation. I'm done ranting; just can't fathom the greed, dishonesty, and overall disregard for their customer base.
