I am in my first month of date with comcast and can't believe that we used 300 GB in 2 1/2 weeks with 40 GB in a 36hr period. I've found the following two articles that say I'm not alone. I spend HOURS the last two days following all the steps from Comcast tech support. Even wiping and restoring three computers, running Norton, as well as chaning the wifi password.
