I called and cancelled my internet service on 10/21 a week before next bill was due . I received their email saying my new charges would be "0". The next day it was still on, I called again and was told that it would take a couple of days for the order to be completed. I went away for 10 days and when I returned I got a bill for $96 for internet. I called immediatly and the rep agreed, she saw the discooect order, told me they would back date the billing to show "$0" ballance and turn off the internet. And I would receive an email with all the info. BUT! It would take 24 hours. It's 23 hours and NOTHING! Still being billed $96 and I assume it's still on. I'm away again. THIS IS 3 WEEKS !! To get service turned off and billing corrected. It's amazing, to get it turned "on" takes about 5 minutes. Someone, Please do somthing!!
