I am having issues with the newly implemented limits placed on my account. I have the fastest internet offered in my area 150 Mbps and I have a limit now of 300GB a month. Does comcast know how quickly I can burn through that?
What's worst is every time I call support about the messages that I am getting on the 18th of the month because I have already burned through my limit with my kids watching all their online content, support keeps putting me back on the queue for the next person or dropping the line. No one wants to deal with it!
I can't wait for Google Fiber to get to my area so I not deal Comcast anymore.
