I am having the SAME problem. In June my usage was 229, in July it went to 315 and August it was at 400! Nothing has changed in the way we use the Internet! Xfinity has given me the same spiel about changing my password or removing things from the network. They don't seem to have an answer or be able to help me. Obviously if I'm not the only one having this problem, they need to look at the possibility that the error may be their issue. If we go over this month, I will be charged and may need to consider leaving Xfinity too.
