Okay, I'm in a 2 year contract (that I now deeply regret) and i just don't understand how channels that were SET IN THE CONTRACT can just be taken away like that. Contracts should go BOTH ways. Why do I have to pay for channels I don't get anymore???? THis is bad business and I will no longer be recommending your company to ANYONE! I've had many problems literally since day 1 and this has just put me over the edge. The end of my contract cannot come fast enough.
