My solution for the XR15 (possibly designed by toy company) was to revert to XR11 remote. Free for the asking at your Xfinity store. Far more tactile and user friendly remote that u can do everything the XR15 does. The swap to the XR 15 design may have been influenced by a board of 10 year olds; definitely not thought through for adult use and older fingers.
