So the gist of all this is that there is no acceptable solution to this issue, despite customer complaints and requests dating from October of 2013. The size and configuration of the customer's TV seems to be a moot point, since complaints are coming in from at least one user with a 65-inch TV. Do we need to complain to the FCC about Comcast/Xfinity's lack of response for an Accessibility issue for some customers, and a usability issue for many able customers? P.S. We got stuck with the X1 system when our legacy system crashed. Is it even possible to get a working legacy system back?
