I accidentally ordered a movie this afternoon, and immediately called your customer service department and told the young lady of my mistake. She said that I would be charged $5.99 for the movie with the next bill, but that the charge would be removed the following billing cycle. I think that that's absurb! I phoned within a five minutes of making that mistake, I did not watch the movie at all and yet I am going to be forced to pay for the movie anyway!
