I tried several times to "shop" to switch services (would like pricing to add internet and a different tv package) and the website was no help. When I logged in and clicked on "see all offers", it took me back to the sign in/enter my address page.
I like to do my research on pricing and options before speaking to a customer service representative and it's crazy that I cannot find any info on the website! Very frustrating. You are a technology company and the website/info offered is very poor!
Please let me know if there is an easier way to accomplish:
adding internet and
reducing some of the channels that I do not watch ( so many are duplicates or shopping, etc.) Very upset that you took away TCM and added it to a sports??? package! And when I called to complain back in October, did not receive much help or even answers.
