robjg3, I think you have every right to be frustrated, to be honest. You expect a service to work a certain way, especially in today's world where everything is done via SMS and MMS. I am not an XFINITY Mobile networking specialist but I'd like an opportunity to get more eyes on this for you. Please send me a private message with your full name and the last four digits of your card on file so I can this investigated.
Do you have an update on the issue of not being able to send MMS? I have two S9, and seeing same issue of not being able to send MMS over WiFi only over a data connection. I did some testing, installing the Verizon Messaging + app and using it as my default messaging application I can send & recieve MMS over Wifi again. If I switch back to Samsung or Google messaging apps, MMS stops working over WiFi. There are other Comcast Mobile users reporting simular results.
