I recently upgraded to a the 4k arris ax014anm and I presume this is a reconditioned device, which is fine. However that fan seems abnormally loud,and from what I am told,these should be nearly silent when they are properly working, as these are SSD drives. It's noticable enough that at 6-7 ft away I can hear it on my couch. Are there different models of the xg1v4 that don't do this? Do I need a replacement just for this one?Any help would be appreciate.
