Had a port failure from Page Plus due to incorrect pin number, call Page Plus and reset the pin, then called Xfinity Mobile a second time to tell them the correct pin. Got a "device activated" e-mail but no Verizon access. Escalating to tier 2 solved the problem, turns out that Verizon will reject multiple port requests for the same number and lock up. If you call more than once to fix a porting problem best to check if multiple requests have happened. First level service can see multiple requests but doesn't know how to clear and restart. Took tier 2 about 36 hours to respond and properly fix this issue. Very confusing as Xfinity database will show activated but no Verizon access.
