If a customer returns a phone which had no defects and is told by Xfinity that it now has scratches (maybe made by the people wh received it back) and charges the customer $350, is there any way the issue can be resolved. Since Xfinity has my credit card number, it seems as if they can do whatever they want. I have spent 90 minutes on the phone with two representatives trying to resolve this to no avail. One representative tol me that he looked at the photos of the phone and could not see any scratches and a refund of the $350 would be made. Didn't happen. The second representative told me that a credit had been made and even gave me the transaction number for the credit 6479073 (conversation with Elainie Sept 19 4pm) After further conversation she tole me that it was not actually a credit but a charge. She said she would resolve the issue and call me back. didn't happen. Don't know what to do next except flee Xfinity ASAP.
