I am having the same problem as every one else. Just upgraded to a Comcast HD box on 12/24. All I have on my on -demand menu is "about on Demand" and If I go into the HD on demand from the menu button , I get that CMOD-54001 error. Several phone calls, resets, etc have not resolved the problem. Dear Comcast, this seems to be such a common issue that you would think it would be resolved by now if it is a system wide thing, or it should have an easy resolution. Whats going on?
