After a power outage, the time showing on my cordless phone system and my hard wired phone is showing the time for GMT (Greenwich Mean Time, Pacific time is +8 hours different). After trouble shooting with a Comcast representative there really was no resolution. The representative tried very hard to help but could not find a problem to be fixed. No fault of them. The suggested contacting the manufacturers of the phones to see what they could do. There was no reply from them as what could be done. As far as I know the time has always, before this time, been set through the in coming line. With no resolution found, I reset the wireless phone system on the phone and on the wired phone. That lasted three days because now the phones are back to displaying GMT. Got any ideas? We have lost power before this but never have had this issue.
