Having the same issue here. And the speed is sporatic. Sometimes I am down to under 10mbps in places I had 60 or 70 mbps before.
I am not satisfied with them. And the tech service from Xfinity is AWEFUL about the pods. The reps all say to have 2 networks (5 and 2ghz), but anyone that has set these up knows that is not what the app wants you to do.
I am frustated and taking it out on the board today!! I have been dealing with this since the end of December. Numerous (15 to 20) call, open tickets, 2 tech vists, new gateway, and still no answers. Having to reset the gateway 4 to 5 times a week is unaccepatable.....

Currently they are horrible here on the North Shore of MA. The tech know nothing about them. The MESH does not seem to fuction as advertised. They cause my gateway to recycle. If they go down, you have to manually turn off your wifi on you device and restart. And you may be online, but not connect to internet. Some techs tell you you need the 5gz and 2 ghz running separately, but this goes against how the xFi app makes you set up the system.
I have $200's worth of wall plugs, that are more of a pain, then a help.
I have the pods since Dec 27 or so. 2 Tech visits, numerous phone calls, and no resolution. I only have the 200mbps service, but some pods slow it down to 20mbps in places I had 40-80 before.
Xfinity needs to do something to support them. The concept is good, but I have yet to see it really work like a MESH... It is more like mush....
