I am having the same issue as everyone else is...On Demand...free movies/shows...all I get when trying to watch is the same error code...on all boxes XRE-22-SRM-901F....We also have issues when trying to rent - will not allow - and only way to watch is to buy? After a week of this and doing the rebooting and checking all connections etc. myself...I called the service center today, they ran some re-boots to the main box which should help all boxes....while I was on the phone with the service person I thought it was fixed because it was finally letting me use the On Demand and did get me as far as picking SD or HD..so I thought it was fixed...as it never got that far before, however ... that is as far as it will let me go....I select to watch...select HD or SD and it just shows the dots then the error code...again. The service person did tell me that they have been having this problem a lot....obviously....but what is going on and when will this be fixed?
