I recently upgraded to the X1 Xfinity platform and am having 2 issues. When I go to On Demand and want to a view a show that played the night before it says “null” off to the right and doesn’t give me the option to play the show. The first day I had upgraded my system, On Demand worked in the sense that it gave me the option to hit play but once it played it froze in the first few seconds on numerous different shows, now I can’t even watch them. I rebooted my system last night and still says Null. My DVR works fine in viewing shows again but not On Demand which made me miss one of last weeks shows cause of it.
