This is the worst service I have ever received from Comcast and we have been a customer since 2005. I wish we had never switched to the X1 platform. Numerous calls into Comcast and 3 different service technicians who all came out (late for their appointment I might add) and could not fix the issues after being their for 3-4 hours at a time. Wifi signal is great and has been reset a couple of times even though it has done nothing to help with our issues. TV in master bedroom will not show any recordings and after giving up on trying to resolve that issue all of the sudden now we cannot view anything on Demand or any recordings at all in any of the 3 rooms with service. Tier 2 is a joke, just as much of a joke as the technicians that have taken up numerous hours of my time that I have taken off work for and still were unable to fix the problem. Direct TV here we come!
