I feel your pain. We switched mainly due to the Internet Speed. Happy with that. Coming from DirectTV, WE were happier with their Channel Programing Setup. Why can't at the age of touchpad and iPads and smartphones, can't all the channels have a checked box when selected as unwanted channels? Why can't we come to a menu where all the channels have a box to place a check, whether they are our Favorite or Unwanted Channels? Why can't Xfinity catagorized all "shopping channels," "sports channels", "religious channels" , etc so we can easier sort what channels we want to keep or not? Very hard to recommend to other folks to switch to Xfinity when its this hard to program your Channels. Suggest, having to create Profiles also, so each member (up to three members/profiles) can create their own Favorite Channels. I don't need to go thru 100+ channels of my wife's Favorite Shopping Channels, or kid's Favorite Kid Channels. Very hard to recommend, Xfinity, very hard indeed.
