Nope... Not the case. No loose connections anywhere in the house (as if that is surprising). I have two boxes and both show the same error. I am guessing its a weak signal from the node to the house... Unfortunately, the customer service folks refuse to send a tech to the node without first checking all the connections in my home! Its bogus! I have had no less than 5 service issues in the past year and each time... its a problem at the node. You'd think that they would track these things and recognize patterns in technological failiures. Its driving me crazy.
