I'm having that identical issue as the past several posts. Got the X1 installed on May 7th, now May 11th and still have no way to view any On Demand content. Just states "Mark Watched" and for premium networks I've subscribed to it is asking me to subscribe in order to view them... I have gone through chat support a couple times now with a couple support tickets now open. Apparantely they will contact me within 48 hours for a resolution but after reading the past posts I'm now having reservations. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
